Since 1 January 2012, the works of I.J. Paderewski have been available in the public domain, which enables the public to copy, modify and distribute them freely.

The Digital Libraries Federation (Federacja Bibliotek Cyfrowych, FBC) website enables the user to browse through the resources of all digital libraries whose operation is based on dLibra software. The resources of Polish digital libraries, among others of the 'Polonia' National Digital Library, include several music sheets of Paderewski's compositions, texts of his speeches, telegrams and photographs.
